An optimism that works for you

Trying to be optimistic during difficult or challenging times seems like a tiring exercise. Standing in front of a mirror and saying ‘I am grateful for a beautiful life’ when the unemployment rate in South Africa continues to increase can seem fruitless. POPI comes into effect on 1 July 2021
