Another week has come and gone, and our movement continues to grow! We are in our twenty-fourth week of the Voices Unite initiative and are still giving away awesome prizes. With 3 lucky winners having won R1,000 each in the previous weeks, we will continue running this competition for 7 more weeks. Other prizes that can be won include a Health Science Academy (HSA) Further Development and Training Certificate in General Management worth R16,000 and tertiary support from REAP worth R30,000!
3 Voices Unite participants stand a chance of winning a course in Further Development and Training Certificates: General Management (NQ4), courtesy of our partner Health Science Academy valued at R16,000! This qualification forms the foundation for you to build your management competencies that will enable you to become an informed manager in any occupation you choose.
- Requirements: To stand a chance of winning this course, all you need to do is complete the Healthcare and Lifestyle survey, in addition to two surveys Voices Unite platform. Requirements at NQF level 3 to enrol in Communication, Mathematical and Computer Literacy.
- Deadline: 02 August
- Reminder: Your answers will be used to guide future decision-making, so answer honestly and don’t rush through the questions – you have plenty of time to provide your answers.
10 lucky Voices Unite participants stand a chance of winning a R1,000 cash prize, courtesy of our Beulah Africa partner.
- Requirements: To stand a chance of winning R1,000 in cash, all you need to do is to complete the ‘About You’ survey, in addition to 3 other surveys on the Voices Unite platform.
- Deadline: Ongoing for the next 10 weeks – 06 September.
- Reminder: Your answers will be used to guide future decision-making, so answer honestly and don’t rush through the questions – you have plenty of time to provide your answers.
5 lucky Voices Unite participants stand a chance of winning a place in the Rural Early Access Programme (REAP) tertiary support. This programme enables young people from marginalised rural communities to access tertiary education and includes a study laptop, monthly stipend and workshops.
- Requirements: To stand a chance of winning a spot in this programme, you need to complete 4 of the 7 surveys on the Voices Unite platform. You will also need to have:
- applied for and secured NSFAS funding;
- come from a household with maximum income of R120K per annum;
- have an average of at least 55% in grade 11 and 12, younger than 24 years of age,
- attended a rural school,
- must be completing MATRIC or in 1st YEAR of university
- accepted/attending at the UWC, UFS, UKZN, NMU, UJ or CUT)
- should you meet these criteria and would like to apply, please email your proof of registration, matric certificate, ID copy, proof of family/household income, proof of NSFAS status to elizabeth@inonafrica.com
