UJ is giving away 5 bursaries to any registered student in Week 16: 25-31 May
In its sixteenth week, Voices Unite is giving away 5 bursaries, courtesy of our collaborator, the University of Johannesburg (UJ). Hi Uyazi,
Great! The first thing to do is to sign up on the Voices Unite platform: https://app.voicesunite.co.za/register. Once you have, you will need to complete all of the Voices Unite surveys in order to stand a chance of winning one of the UJ bursaries, for instance. If you read each section of the post, you will see that different prizes have different requirements. However, they are all premised on participants completing the Voices Unite surveys.
Best.
Hi,
I need assistance, I’ve registered and had to confirm using the verification code then my data got depleted. Please advise on how do I get to confirm and continue with the survey.
Hi Nthabiseng,
Thank you for letting us know. Your technical issue is now with our Technology Specialist, you will be emailed with a solution soon.

Will you announce the winners of the various prizes?? If not, why???
Hi Tebogo,
Thank you for your question. We always announce our winners mainly through our weekly newsletters that our members get. So, if you’ve registered on the platform, you will receive a weekly Voices Unite newsletter where our various winners are announced. Other times, winners are announced on our Facebook and Instagram.

You can complete surveys to stand a chance of winning any of the prizes we’re giving away (while applying for enrollment). However, some prizes require that you are already a registered student in any institution such as the UJ bursaries.

I would like to apply for a Bursary
Hi Thobile, the UJ bursaries are prizes that can be won by students who complete all 7 surveys on the Voices Unite platform. The winners are picked at random and as such, one cannot apply for the bursary. However, we do have an ongoing Rural Early Access Programme (REAP) competition, if you meet the criteria of the REAP then you can send the relevant documents to elizabeth@inonafrica.com as stipulated on our blog post.
