Measuring, communicating and innovating in uncertain times

In light of the concomitant uncertainty amidst the national COVID-19 lockdown, many organisations supporting education have had to halt or change many of their programmes. How can they be supported in continuing to deliver a quality offering in the months ahead? The input will be along three key themes:

Keep measuring the impact of your organisation’s when activities may have changed
Keep communicating with your stakeholders to retain and even grow relationships
Keep innovating as you employ adaptive leadership in response to the changing environment
