The National Institute Community Development and Management (NICDAM) is a registered non-profit organisation that offers tailored training programmes and evidence-based interventions in the fields of social development, education and health. The organisation has the ability to rapidly respond to the diverse needs of individuals, communities and government and to provide services in any area in South Africa. Over 26, 000 training participants have successfully completed short courses, SAQA accredited skills programmes or qualifications through NICDAM.

The organisation is able to respond rapidly to the diverse needs of individuals, communities and government, and to provide services in any area in South Africa, from remote rural to urban. NICDAM’s service delivery is driven by ethical adherence to all relevant registrations, quality assurance, and legislative requirements. The organisation has become a major role player in social development, community health, social research and organisational development.
